Hidden gift in heartbreak

Heartbreak shows us that it takes two to tango when it comes to mastering a connection or building something of value. One sided effort can do more disservice to the one who is not making it, by keeping them in a state of stagnation.

Heartbreak reminds us that we have a heart and it has a great capacity to love and experience joy. That capacity Is always there, even when we can't see it, still shining like the sun at night.

Sometimes heartbreak can motivate us to take action in some area of our lives, to move past a state of inertia and accelerate personal growth and evolution. Heartbreak makes good compost for planting new seeds.
